Joe Molouf, Principal
In 1999, Joe co-founded OM Financial Group, a firm specializing in non-qualified executive retirement and benefit plans for non-profit institutions. OM Financial Group grew to over 180 credit unions, 250 plans in force and over 100 million of life insurance premium in force with Mass Mutual.
In January of 2017, Commonwealth Financial Group, a MassMutual company, acquired OM Financial Group. Joe remains in contact with credit unions and corporations to service plans that were purchased. Today, he has expanded his practice creating plans for Banks, Hospital Systems, Corporations, as well as non-profit entities.
Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College, Registered Employee Benefits Consultant, Registered Health Underwriter, Certified Family Business Specialist, American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Non-qualified benefit plans for key corporate and medical personnel that assist management to recruit, retain, and reward key employees.
